Access to all Computer360 internal systems, client management portals, and RMM tools is strictly protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Only authorized engineers have access to your technical telemetry, and this access is restricted purely to the facilitation of IT support.

Under South African law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to request that we correct any inaccuracies, restrict the processing of your data, or delete your personal information entirely (subject to our legal obligations to retain billing and service records).
