How Our Partnerships Work
Can we still get onsite support if we are on the Core Foundation?
Absolutely. The Foundation package is remote-first to keep your baseline costs down. If you have an emergency and need a technician at your office, we simply dispatch a team member and include the onsite callout on your next Invoice at our standard rate.
How hard is it to switch from our current IT provider to Computer360?

Are we locked into a long-term rigid contract?

Is after-hours emergency support actually included?
After-hours support is included for our Total Assurance clients. For the Core Foundation and Business Partner packages, after-hours help is fully available but is billed at our standard hourly rate.
