Can we still get onsite support if we are on the Proactive Foundation
Absolutely. Our Foundation package is remote-first to keep your baseline costs down. If you have an emergency and need a technician at your Gauteng office, we simply dispatch a team member and bill for the onsite callout at our standard rate.
How hard is it to switch from our current IT guy to Computer360?
Seamless. We handle the entire transition directly with your old provider behind the scenes. We gather the documentation, secure the passwords, and deploy our tools without your staff experiencing a single minute of downtime.
Is after-hours emergency support included?
If a server goes down in the middle of the night, our Total Assurance package has you covered with included emergency response. For our Foundation and Partner clients, we are still completely available for late-night emergencies, we simply bill those specific incidents at a standard after-hours rate.
Are we locked into a rigid contract if we scale up or down?
Not at all. Your IT support should match the actual size of your business. If you hire new staff, or if you need to downsize, we simply adjust your monthly agreement based on your active device count. You only ever pay for what you use.
